Please, stop it!
1m 0s
Every seven minutes in the United States, someone suffers a narcotics overdose.
Every six and a half minutes, a woman or child is raped.
Twice an hour, someone is murdered.
As time moves forward, without stopping,
a family faces a tragedy that changes everything,
a woman or child endures the greatest trauma of their life,
and a human life is extinguished by someone else's decision.
This should not keep happening.
A single case should have stopped us.
Because it is preventable.
But the world keeps going,
global organizations continue with their agendas,
as if these numbers were acceptable collateral damage.
And they are not.
They should all stop at once.
Because what they are doing isn’t working.
And pretending to work for humanity only prolongs this nightmare.
We have to stop.
We have to say: not one step further until this reality changes.
Just as a trend can go viral,
this cause must become vital.
We must raise massive awareness
that you cannot harm what isn’t yours.
And that life, in all its forms,
is sacred.
Even in those situations that go beyond the imaginable.
